Welcome to this stunning home on Karewa Parade with breath taking ocean views, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy sunrise views from the cozy master bedroom, living room, or patio. Only minutes away from cafes, restaurants, and a small supermarket. Step outside and you're on the beach, ideal for basking in the sun, swimming, or playing beach games. Sleeps ten guests, perfect for families or groups of friends.

Four large bedrooms cater to up to ten guests. A King Master bedroom, a Queen bedroom, the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom has two King Single beds.

There are three bathrooms, with one being an ensuite to the Master bedroom. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities to make home-cooked meals and a choice of indoor or outdoor dining.

A secondary small living room doubles as an office space if you need to get work done.

There is also off-street parking for two cars.

This home is right on the beachfront. Around the corner, you'll find the the Excelsa centre, with a cafe, restaurant, mini supermarket, a pharmacy and cinema.

Once you're at the house, you can walk down to the beach, the local playground and the Excelsa shopping centre. There is a bus stop right outside where you can ride to Papamoa Plaza or Bayfair if you want to spend some time exploring the shops too.
